This page covers rent increases in Missouri for a residential tenancy — whether there is a cap, and what notice a landlord must give.
It does not cover commercial leases, subsidised housing (which follows federal rules), or any city whose local ordinance differs from the state rule.

房东不能单方面在固定租期内涨租；月租涨租实质是「终止旧租约 + 新租金续约」，须给 1 个月通知且落在租金支付日。
