⚠️ 二手站（tenant-rights.com「6 个月推定」、commoner-law「57-22-5.1 报复」）**严重夸大**——57-22-5.1 只保护「呼叫公共安全机构」，不是一般报复法。Salt Lake City 18.96.130、Logan 15.25.130 是地方条例（非州法）。一般报复抗辩只能靠合同/普通法在驱逐案中提出。
