爱达荷驱逐走 forcible entry and unlawful detainer（Title 6 Ch.3，仅法院判决由 sheriff 执行）。欠租 3 天 pay-or-quit（6-303(2)）；违约 3 天 cure（6-303(3)）；月租 30 天（55-208）。判决后住宅租客 72 小时搬离（6-316）。

How the process runs, step by step

1. 房东送达通知（欠租/违约 3 天 / 毒品无需通知） (from 欠租/违约). 欠租 3 天 pay-or-quit；违约 3 天 cure；毒品无通知立即。
2. 房东提起 unlawful detainer 诉讼 (from 通知期届满). 欠租/毒品走 expedited summary trial（5-12 天）；普通违约 21 天 answer。
3. 判决 + sheriff 执行 (from 判决). 判决后住宅租客 72 小时搬离；仅 sheriff 依令执行（6-316）。
