This page covers the eviction process in Nebraska for a residential tenancy — the notices a landlord must serve, the timeline, and what you can do at each stage.

内布拉斯加 76-1439 禁止因向政府机构投诉房屋法规或加入租客组织而报复性涨租/减服务/驱逐。但该法无固定推定窗口，须自行举证动机；且「reasonable rent increases」明确不禁止（76-1439(2)）。
